As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of the customer areas, making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is your duty to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour should come naturally. You should work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills, such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact, are essential. The ability to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also required.
