ENABLE Scotland is seeking a caring Personal Assistant to support Toby in Inverclyde East End. The role offers sessional, variable hours with a £13.45 hourly rate, and involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.

You will help Toby pursue his goals while promoting independence and social engagement. Full training will be provided, and you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure Toby’s safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of activities.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care and support to Toby according to his care plan.
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities.
• Deliver person-centered care with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist Toby with personal care and health needs as required.
• Support Toby in getting out for walks and short outings.
• Engage Toby in activities, music, and social connections as part of daily routines.
