Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: Kensington

Contract: Full-time, Term-time Only

An outstanding SEN school in Kensington is looking for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support students with a range of additional needs.

Role Overview:

As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and SENCO to provide essential support for learners aged 7-16, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist students 1:1 or in small groups with academic, social, and emotional needs.
  2. Help prepare and adapt classroom materials to meet individual needs.
  3. Support students in managing sensory or behavioral challenges.
  4. Build positive relationships to encourage student confidence.
  5. Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reviews.
