We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring teacher to join a warm and inclusive primary school committed to providing high-quality education and support for all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).



Role Overview:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds. Working alongside Teaching Assistants, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.



Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEN.
Collaborate with the SENCO, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
Use varied teaching strategies and resources to enhance students' learning experiences.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.



Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) and knowledge of SEN strategies and best practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a school environment. A commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and equality in education.
