Qualifications

Must hold a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate high personal hygiene standards.
Knowledge of Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
Able to work to a high level of physical effort in a busy kitchen environment.
Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and a caring approach to residents.

Responsibilities

Support catering in food preparation and maintain a clean kitchen environment for safe meals.
Contribute to teamwork and respond promptly to reasonable work instructions.
Advise on supply quality and assist with timely ordering of replacement goods.
Respect the dignity and individuality of residents and their visitors.
