Job summary

Agincare Group at Rodley House is looking for a care assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Your daily tasks include cleaning communal spaces, dusting and vacuuming residents’ rooms, and supporting high hygiene standards with the care team.

You will work 18 hours per week with occasional bank shifts including alternate weekends, on a fixed 8:00 to 14:00 shift. Benefits include £12.87 per hour, funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, a pension, discounts,

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents’ rooms to a high standard
• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards
