Overview

A warm and nurturing nanny is sought to provide afternoon care for a delightful 3-year-old boy in Danbury, Essex.

The family is seeking a nanny who can build a genuine bond with their son and actively engage in the activities he enjoys, such as imaginative play, creative crafts, and outdoor adventures. They are looking for a warm, caring, and passionate individual who loves working with children and will become a valued part of their household.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the child’s evening meal, with the possibility of batch cooking, and provide healthy snacks.
• Support the family with general household tasks related to the children, such as managing the children’s laundry and keeping their areas neat and organised.
• Plan and participate in engaging activities and outings during school holidays to support his learning and development.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Danbury, Essex
• Hours of work: Term Time: 2:00pm – 6:00pm; School Holidays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Days required: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Driving required: Yes (must have a clean driving licence)
• Pets in the home: A friendly dog
• Start date: As soon as possible

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny required
• Training: 12 hour Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (update)
• Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare advantageous
• Other: Able to drive confidently with a clean driving licence
