Job Title – Caribbean Product Executive (6 Month Maternity Cover)

Job Location – London

Salary – £23k pro rata

Our client is recruiting a product executive with knowledge of the Caribbean and experience with hotel contracts.

The role will be a minimum 4-day week and the maternity cover will be at least a 6-month contract.

To apply for the role, you must have previous product, support and administration experience within the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with travel manager enquiries and providing support to get bookings confirmed and if required investigate further into alternative options.
  2. Processing all on request booking components.
  3. Dealing with invoice queries.
  4. Managing allocation & host to host bookings.
  5. Updating confirmations to the bookings.
  6. Ensuring any special requirements are booked for passengers.
  7. Effectively dealing with in resort issues and advising travel managers.

Experience Required:

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Ability to work under pressure.
  3. Ability to develop good relationships with sales staff and suppliers.
  4. Travel sector experience.
