Job Description
Are you looking to join Renault Group as a Carflow Coordinator? You will coordinate the carflow processes to support Renault UK supply and manage Renault UK stock KPI.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to ensure processes meet established standards/deadlines to facilitate stable vehicle flow, through effective management of defined carflow operations. You will be responsible for the core components of the end-to-end supply chain cycle (supply planning/shipping/IC operations/transportation to ensure the timely provision of information, product & service to Renault UK retailer network & business partners.
You will comprehensively monitor, analyse &report on Renault UK carflow activities, to manage impact on carflow performance. A key part of the role is ensuring business processes are deployed to the agreed standards, in order to maintain service levels at every stage of the supply chain. The job holder will liaise with key business stakeholders to plan and coordinate adequate provision for customer demand across all commercial channels.
A core responsibility is to provide analytical and administrative support for Renault Group UKs supply chain activity. Furthermore, you will proactively identify and anticipate operational challenges as well as deploy appropriate measures to overcome these.
Success will be measured via supply planning scheduling compliance, Import Centre Operational KPIs (e.g. dwell, damage, RTS) and stock profile KPIs.
Who are you?
The successful candidate will have strong problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills. Solid planning, organisation and prioritisation skills are also desired. The candidate should have the ability to make accurate forecasts and analyse multiple data sources with precision and accuracy. Strong risk management skills, commercial awareness and operational awareness are also valued.
