Job description

Are you an experienced Caretaker or Site Manager looking for your next opportunity in a supportive school setting? Axcis Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a local school in the Tameside area for a Temporary Caretaker to start after the Easter holidays.

Position details:

1. Location: Tameside
2. Start Date: After Easter
3. Contract: Temporary (with potential for extension)

Key responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and general repair work across the site
2. Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times
3. Liaising with contractors and overseeing on-site building work
4. Assisting with cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school

This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and takes pride in keeping school environments safe and well maintained.
