Job Description:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Caretaker with building and maintenance skills to work across various businesses in the Surrey/Kent area. The role involves approximately 16 hours per week with flexible hours. Ideal candidates will have DIY experience, practical skills such as electrics and decorating, a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to assist as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling building work including electrical tasks and decorating
• Providing maintenance support at car parks
• Managing gardening and outdoor maintenance for commercial spaces
• Ensuring sites are clean and tidy
• Responding to occasional weekend emergency call-outs (overtime paid)

Compensation:

Very competitive hourly rate, with overtime pay for emergency call-outs
