Job Description:

Job Type: Full Time – Temporary until August 2023.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and experience in general maintenance and groundskeeping to maintain attractive surroundings and cleanliness at a Swansea site for a few months.

All equipment will be provided.

An Enhanced DBS check is required to work at this location. (Can be organized if successful after interview)

About You:

• Full, clean driving license & own vehicle
• Flexible approach to work and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous experience in maintenance/caretaking
• Litter picking and general cleaning of business grounds
• Ability to follow health & safety requirements to ensure safe working practices

Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday, 11:00 am – 9:30 pm
