Job Description

Type: Full Time – Temporary until August 2023

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and experience in general maintenance and groundskeeping. The role involves creating attractive surroundings and maintaining cleanliness at a Swansea site for a few months. All necessary equipment will be provided.

An Enhanced DBS check is required to work at this location, which can be organized post-interview if successful.

About You

To be considered, you should have:

• A full, clean driving license and own vehicle
• Flexibility to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous experience in maintenance or caretaking
• Experience in litter picking and general cleaning of business grounds
• Ability to follow health and safety requirements to ensure safe working practices

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday, 11:00 am – 9:30 pm
