Job summary

The Whiteley Homes Trust in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a part-time Caretaker to join an established 30-hour team. You will work alongside the Senior Caretaker to maintain a safe, welcoming Village for older residents with limited means.

Qualifications

• Able to work 30 hours per week alongside the Senior Caretaker.
• Engage with older residents in a respectful and reassuring manner.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Village safe, well-maintained and welcoming for residents and visitors.
• Work autonomously with competence, care and sound judgement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Trust teams to ensure a coordinated service.
