Job description

Caretaker/Facilities Maintenance Role (Part-Time)

Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 11:00am

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible team player to join our Operations Team.

This permanent part-time position involves opening our offices at Carlisle daily and maintaining high standards of upkeep.

You will be responsible for:

  1. General opening, caretaking, and housekeeping duties
  2. Attending to building maintenance items and keeping records
  3. Managing and ordering stocks and supplies, and responding to requests from clients and staff
  4. Carrying out health & safety checks and maintaining accurate records, with responsibilities aligned to your experience
  5. Occasional travel to regional offices in Cockermouth and Newcastle when maintenance is needed
  6. Possession of a current driving license and own vehicle with business use insurance
