Qualifications

Job description
Overview

We are seeking an outstanding practitioner to the post of Caretaker/Community Hire Supervisor to work full or part-time hours within community opening hours, with working patterns negotiated and agreed upon appointment relevant to the applicant.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective connections, collaboration and communications between the school and various community partners and hire users.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to community users and maintain repeat business.
  • Oversee the safe, secure, respectful and considerate use of school facilities.
  • Supervise the opening, use and locking of the 3G pitch, changing rooms and other associated school/sporting hire facilities for community use.
  • Check, prepare and set up goals and equipment for the 3G pitch and other associated facilities, ensuring they are litter- and damage-free.
  • Report any maintenance, safety or security issues immediately in accordance with school guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Dedication and commitment to professional role under the line management of the Premises & Community Hire Manager.
  • Subject to satisfactory clearance by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
  • Subject to DBS clearance for all staff appointments.
