Caretaker - Driving Licence needed in Bolton, £12.93ph PAYE - Reference: 000A 3373 / 1

This temporary position is available while external recruitment takes place, with a minimum duration of 12 weeks. You will work as part of a team providing facilities management for the Family Hubs across the borough, following standard operating procedures.

1. Your responsibilities include maintaining site security, opening and closing buildings, and ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition, safe, secure, and clean. You will also ensure equipment is maintained and resources are available.

   Duties include:

   • General repairs and maintenance
   • Manual handling
   • Building and ground upkeep
   • Reporting maintenance issues
   • Conducting fire safety and health and safety checks

   An essential car user allowance is payable due to boroughwide travel requirements.

   You will work on a rota, requiring flexibility. The rota operates between 7am and 6:30pm, with some later hours until 9pm, and includes Saturday shifts.

This role involves full-time hours on a temporary contract.
