Job Opportunity: Caretaker Driver - East London (£14.50/hr | 35-40 hrs/week)

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Caretaker Driver based in East London? Are you seeking a rewarding role that offers a great working environment and a competitive hourly rate of £14.50?

We're hiring for a Caretaker role that may occasionally involve covering the Bulk Collection Team when needed.

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to help maintain, organise, and improve various residential sites. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality caretaking services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

You'll work independently and as part of a team, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the ongoing development of the service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal and external cleaning of residential estates
2. Sweeping and litter picking
3. Changing bins
4. Internal window cleaning
5. General caretaking and maintenance duties

Requirements:

1. Enhanced DBS check (mandatory)
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role
3. A strong track record in cleaning and maintenance
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
6. Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
7. Capable of using appropriate tools and equipment
8. Committed to delivering high-quality work that meets client standards
