Job description

The role:

We are looking to appoint a Caretaker to join the Facilities team at County Hall in Morpeth for 32.5 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be responsible for caretaking duties within the building.

Requirements:

You will be a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives on making a positive difference to others. The successful candidate will work well with others and be able to form strong partnerships. You will also conduct regular inspections of communal areas within blocks.

Extensive practical knowledge related to caretaking, including operation of tools and equipment, is required. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relevant to caretaking is also essential.
