A leading company in the UK seeks a dedicated Caretaker to join their Facilities team at County Hall, Morpeth. The role involves providing caretaking duties, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe environment. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and possess considerable knowledge of caretaking tasks and health and safety legislation. We are looking to appoint a Caretaker to join the Facilities team at County Hall in Morpeth for 17.5 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be required to provide caretaking duties within the building.
Requirements:
You will be a highly motivated, customer focused individual who thrives on making a positive difference to others.
The successful candidate will work well with others and be able to form strong partnerships.
You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections of the communal areas within blocks.
Considerable knowledge of a broad range of practical tasks associated with a caretaking environment are required together with the operation of associated tools and equipment.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relating to a caretaking environment is required.
