Job summary

Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Caretaker/Cleaner to join a well-established cleaning business in the Exmouth area. The role is 20 hours per week, split shifts 06:30-08:30 and 16:15-18:15, Monday to Friday, at £14.50 per hour, with duties spanning cleaning and caretaking responsibilities and key-holding duties on site.

Experience in cleaning and basic DIY is essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitor role requiring cleaning and basic DIY tasks.
• Experience with cleaning and site upkeep is essential.
• Able to follow safety and COSHH guidelines.

Job description

Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Caretaker/Cleaner to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Exmouth, EX8 area.

You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, this is a split shift so you will be required to work 06:30-08:30 and 16:15-18:15 at £14.50 per hour.

Each shift contains 1 hour of Cleaning & 1 hour of Caretaking responsibilities.

This is a Key Holding position & you will be responsible for unlocking the site... you will be given a set of Keys.

This is a hands-on Janitor position, so cleaning and DIY experience is essential, full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.

You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
