Caretaker – 20 hours per week, whole-year contract
Grade 5 Level 3, (£25,183 - £26,409 pro rata)
We are looking for stand-out candidates to join our staff family as the caretaker. At Chaselea we look for the right people – regardless of age, experience or qualifications; It is the right person we are after to join our staff family and help create opportunities for young people. Someone who understands the needs of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) pupils and someone who can provide support in the care and learning of our pupils. Without the site being fit for purpose we would not have a school for the young people to attend, so this is a very important role.
The position available is a caretaker for twenty (20) hours per week. The current hours are 0600 – 0800 and 1500 (3pm) – 1700 (5pm), although there could be some flexibility around these hours. Experience of working within a school setting or similar setting is desirable, but not a requirement or a barrier to interest and application.
