A leading organization is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join their team. The role involves providing essential support services, including cleaning and maintenance, while ensuring a welcoming environment for students and staff. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and adaptability. Training will be provided, and the position requires working 37 hours per week, including some weekends.

We are looking for a hard-working, adaptable individual to work as part of the caretaking team. As a caretaker, you'll assist the Coordinator/Caretaker Supervisors in providing efficient support services for students, staff, and visitors. Duties include cleaning, portering, minor maintenance, and unlicensed security activities.
Experience in these fields is desirable, but more important are an aptitude for hard work, adaptability, and customer service orientation, as you'll have direct contact with tenants and visitors.
Working hours are 37 hours per week (7.4 hours per day), across 5 days out of 7, between 6:30 am and 10:00 pm. This typically includes alternate Saturdays, but hours may change to meet business needs.
You will undergo training on equipment, processes, and mandatory online training as part of this role.
