Job description

Job Title: Caretaker

We are seeking a hardworking and adaptable individual to join our caretaking team. As a caretaker, you will assist the Coordinator and Caretaker Supervisors in providing efficient support services for students, staff, and visitors. Your duties will include:

1. Cleaning
2. Portering
3. Minor maintenance
4. Unlicensed security activities

Experience in these areas is desirable, but a strong aptitude for hard work and adaptability is more important. Customer service skills are essential, as you will have direct contact with tenants and visitors.

Working Hours

37 hours per week (7.4 hours per day), working 5 out of 7 days between 6:30 am and 10:00 pm. This typically includes working on alternate Saturdays. Hours may be adjusted to meet business needs.

Training

You will be required to undertake training on equipment, processes, and the university's mandatory online training modules.
