Amplius seeks a Caretaker to provide high-quality services across their accommodations in Wisbech. This role involves maintenance, inspections, and promoting the well-being of residents. The position is a fixed-term 12-month contract requiring 16 hours of work per week.

In our Caretaker role, you’ll be providing a high-quality service throughout Amplius accommodations within our projects and schemes. You will play a critical role as part of a team to ensure the service(s) is managed effectively and efficiently whilst supporting and promoting dignity and general wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.
Location: Wisbech HRS - 2 North Street Wisbech
Salary: Up to £12,162.20 per year (based on a 100% FTE of 28,125.08 per year)
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract
