Orleans Primary School is seeking a proactive Caretaker to manage day-to-day maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks; salary £32,535 to £36,585; start date as soon as possible. A permanent contract with morning and afternoon shifts is offered.

Under the direction of the School Business Manager, the postholder will play a proactive role in the effective day-to-day operation and the ongoing short- and long-term maintenance of the school buildings and grounds. The role includes ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety requirements and maintaining up-to-date risk assessments at all times.
