Employment Type: 2 Months Initial period

Location: Southall, London

Pay: (£13.00 PAYE / £16.48 LTD Umbrella (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)

Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Caretaker to join our client who are a Housing Association working out of Southall.

Based within the Southall area, you will work as part of a mobile team to cover various locations; therefore, holding a Full UK Driving License is a requirement for this role.

As a caretaker, you will provide and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of the Housing Association's estates and provide a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees, and other visitors.

Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:

1. To handle resident issues efficiently and effectively.
2. To be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
3. Deliver Trust letters, circulars, etc. as appropriate to residents’ properties.
4. Report any estate defects, fly-tipping, or anti-social behaviour to the appropriate authorities.
5. Check communal lighting/timers and report blown bulbs as necessary (including office light bulbs) and emergency testing done monthly.
