Job summary

South West Norse is seeking a Caretaker to join our on-site team at Westcliff Primary School on a permanent, part-time basis. You will ensure the site and grounds are clean and maintained to contractual standards, and manage equipment and products with careful inventory and safe storage.

We value strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to engage confidently with the public. An enhanced DBS check is required and training will be provided to support health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Capable of delivering a high level of customer service.
• Confident working both on your own and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with the client.
• Comfortable engaging with members of the public.
• Any knowledge of health & safety guidelines relevant to the role would be an advantage.

Job description

As a Caretaker, you will be working on-site under the direction of an area supervisor, ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. You will be responsible for equipment and products used in carrying out your role, including inventory and safe storage.,
