This role will be based at an exclusive residential development based in Birmingham, B1. The development consists of 350 residential apartments across 3 blocks. The development benefits from a courtyard, meeting rooms, car par and onsite gym.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Caretaker at Rendall & Rittner, you will be :

• Clearing rubbish and maintaining drains to ensure cleanliness and proper function.
• Conducting routine checks, including emergency light inspections.
• Performing gardening duties such as regular lawn mowing and occasional hedge trimming.
• Ensuring rooftops are clean and free of debris.
• Addressing maintenance concerns promptly, including basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Reporting serious maintenance issues to the property management team for resolution.
• Maintaining the overall well‑being and appearance of the development.
