Caretaker needed in Oldham

The rate is £13.17ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide a welcoming and safe environment for all users; to ensure the security of buildings and contents; to maintain high standards of cleanliness and undertake porterage and handyperson duties.

They will be responsible for opening up and closing of the school and providing a welcoming high-quality customer service and safe environment for the school and will be responsible for the security of the premises and its contents (including the operation of fire and burglar alarms, fire warden and key-holder responsibilities).
