Caretaker

Caretaker needed in West London. Paying £16.93 per hr. Ref 1506602

Full time on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the building and grounds.
• Ensure the premises are clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitor and manage security systems.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a caretaker or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Must understand health and safety regulations and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
