Caretaker
Liverpool
£25,400 - £26,737 per year
40 hours per week - Monday - Friday
We have an opportunity for a Caretaker to join our Estate Services team within Property Services in Liverpool. The Northwest Estates Team consists of around 50+ operatives across the region. The role will be lone-working and as part of a team of 2; however, you will join a wider team of operatives. The main responsibility of this role is to deliver caretaking duties across the region and ensure all compliance checks (Fire Alarm, Emergency Lights and Legionella Checks) are completed to 100%. You will also be expected to carry out other duties such as communal cleaning, collection of fly tipping, soft & hard landscaping and fencing. You need to have an eye for detail and dedication to accuracy and completeness, being meticulous when completing work.
