Derby College Group (DCG) has an opportunity for a new team member to join our Facilities Management Team as a Caretaker based at our beautiful Broomfield Hall Campus in Morley, Derbyshire. This active and varied role is part of a larger team across the estate, and every day will be different!
Responsibilities include room set-ups, building unlocks, maintaining cleanliness, light maintenance, painting, and routine checks. You will work on a two-shift pattern on a weekly rotation: 5.30am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 9.30pm.
Previous experience in a facilities role is desirable but not essential; relevant skills will be trained. We value creativity, flexibility, resourcefulness, and excellent customer service skills in our team members.
A full clean driving licence is required as you will need to operate College vehicles across sites.
