Job description

Role: Carers Wellbeing Officer for Pembrokeshire
Salary: £24,920 per annum pro rata
Hours: 21 hours per week / Additional hours also available
Working Days: Flexible days and hours available
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata)
Location: Haverfordwest (Hybrid or home working can be considered and discussed)
Contract: Fixed term until 30th September 2027

Join a dedicated team within Carers Support Pembrokeshire Service, working in partnership with local organisations to identify and support unpaid carers across Pembrokeshire. You’ll provide vital information and guidance to help carers manage their roles and help to improve their wellbeing. This role gives you the opportunity to make a real difference in your community.
