Job Role: Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant

The Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help and assist the team with day-to-day routines including personal care and feeding.

The ideal candidate would have some experience in care and be a compassionate person.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily care at home or in a hospital setting, such as helping patients with personal hygiene, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, talking to patients, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Previous experience and qualifications are preferred but not essential.

You will work under the supervision of nursing staff and may be involved in training new healthcare assistants.

Additional duties may include escorting patients, using mobility aids, and maintaining supplies and equipment.

We also recruit other healthcare staff such as nurses, community nurses, and specialists. Please refer anyone you know who might be interested.
