They help service users to maintain and prolong the lifestyle they are used to in their own home and give their families the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are in safe hands. They look after people with all kinds of health conditions.

The Role

They are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to join their growing team. You'll be delivering essential support services to individuals in their homes, specialising in areas such as:

1. Dementia Care
2. End-of-Life (Palliative) Care
3. Pressure Area Care
4. Medication Assistance

Key Responsibilities

1. Assisting with personal care and hygiene
2. Providing 24/7 and overnight care
3. Supporting with mobility and medication
4. Offering companionship and wellbeing checks
5. Meal preparation and nutritional support
6. Light housekeeping, shopping, and laundry
7. Sitting service for respite and companionship
8. Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
9. Assisting with domestic care tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and maintaining a safe living environment

Skills and Qualifications

1. Empathetic, patient, and reliable
2. Passionate about helping others
3. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overnight shifts
4. Experienced in care (preferred, but not essential - training can be provided)
