The Carer & Patient Experience Team at Rampton Hospital, part of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, seeks a Carer & Patient Experience Worker to support carers, families, volunteers and patients and to strengthen involvement in care and visiting activities.
The role focuses on improving visitor experience, enabling carer participation, and coordinating ward contacts, with duties including TOC activities and arranging visits, interpreters and posts across wards.
An opportunity has arisen for a Carer & Patient Experience Worker to join the Carer & Patient Experience Team at Rampton Hospital. Rampton is a national high secure hospital and is based in rural North Nottinghamshire. (if x2 persons apply and are successful at interview, there is the possibility of an x2 18:75 per week hour job share posts) To support Carers, family and volunteers and patients in their engagement, participation and involvement towards patient care and the visiting the hospital. The role plays a central role in ensuring carers have appropriate network of support around them and their role in supporting the best health outcomes of the patients who we provide services and support too. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change.
