Springcare Ltd in Brimstage, United Kingdom, is seeking Health Care Assistants to join the night shift team at Brimstage Manor. You will provide compassionate care to residents, helping with daily tasks and supporting wellbeing, while upholding dignity and respect.

The role offers permanent full or part-time night contracts, access to pension, early pay options, Blue Light Card, funded training (Levels 2–5), and wellbeing support through a supportive recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Helping with washing and dressing.
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes.
• Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs.
• General housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas.
• Supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
• Providing 24-hour care with night shifts from 8pm to 8am and day shifts 8am to 8pm.

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.
