Job summary

Staffscanner is seeking an experienced Carer to provide high‑quality, person‑centred support across UK care settings. You will help individuals maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life, following care plans and safeguarding procedures with compassionate, professional care.

Applicants need at least 6 months UK care experience, moving and handling skills, a satisfactory DBS check and right to work in the UK. Driving licence preferred.

• Previous Support Worker experience
• Moving and handling experience
• A satisfactory DBS check
• A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals across a range of care settings. You’ll help people maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life while providing compassionate, respectful and practical support tailored to their individual needs.

Looking for regular hours?

We’re particularly keen to hear from Support Workers who are looking to commit to around 25 hours per week. If you’re looking for fewer hours or greater flexibility, we’d still love to hear from you, as we have a range of other shift opportunities available.
