Job summary

Visiting Angels UK is looking for dedicated carers in Nottingham and surrounding areas, offering competitive pay up to £13.75 an hour plus mileage and paid travel time. Carers will provide essential personal care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring they can live independently.

The role requires a caring attitude, a full UK Driving License, and a willingness to make a difference. Full training will be provided for those without experience, making this an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Up To £13.75 an hour plus 30p Mileage and Paid Travel Time ON TOP of hourly rate.

What would you be doing?

As a carer you will be visiting our clients in their own homes. Supporting them with everyday tasks, so they can continue to live independently whilst enriching their lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties will include:

• Personal care, helping them to get up in the morning or prepare for bed in the evening, including a shower or bath.
• Assist them with dressing/undressing.
• Preparing meals and snacks.
• Helping with laundry or light housework.
• Supporting our clients to access the community.
• Prompting & administering medication.
• Companionship.
