About Madley Park House:

Madley Park House is a warm and welcoming 'home from home' offering round-the-clock residential, early-stage dementia, and respite care. It features amenities including a hair salon and residents' shop. Located in a quiet area of Witney, the home has strong links to the local community.

Role Overview:

We are seeking care assistants to make a real difference in our residents' lives daily. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We value individuals who genuinely care for residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilled environment. While some days may be challenging, you'll share laughter, fun, and create lasting memories. Become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our homes.

Who We're Looking For:

Both experienced carers and newcomers to care are welcome. We seek diverse individuals with various life experiences.
