About Madley Park House:

Madley Park House is a warm and welcoming 'home from home' offering round-the-clock residential, early-stage dementia, and respite care. It features amenities including a hair salon and residents' shop. Located in a quiet area of Witney, the home has strong links to the local community.

Role Overview:

We are seeking care assistants to make a real difference in our residents' lives daily. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We value individuals who genuinely care for residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilled environment. While some days may be challenging, you'll share laughter, fun, and create lasting memories.
