Located in the Headington area of Oxford, Townsend House offers compassionate residential, early-stage dementia, and respite care for 45 residents. We’re rated 8.9 by Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission.

We are looking for care assistants to make a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Your responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We seek individuals who genuinely care for our residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilling environment. Some days may be challenging, but you'll share laughter, fun, and lasting memories. Become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care homes.
