Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Alresford as a Care Professional. As a Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them stay independent in their own homes.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people, such as personal experience caring for a family member or voluntary work. You should have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respectfulness are essential. You should enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time with others.

Qualifications

No experience necessary as we provide full training. All we ask is that you have a big heart and a desire to make a difference in our clients' lives. A valid driver’s license with access to a suitable vehicle is required.
