Care Assistant, Buckinghamshire

Job Title: Care Assistant

Contract Type: Temporary

Pay: £12.54 - £20.15

Shifts:Days, Nights

Medacs Healthcare is looking for a Care Assistant to provide compassionate and person-centred care within a nursing home environment. Under the guidance of the Care Manager and senior staff, you will support residents in leading fulfilling lives, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity
• Support individuals in maintaining independence and engagement
• Implement person-centred care plans tailored to residents' needs
• Uphold privacy, dignity, and respect in all interactions
• Observe and report any physical or emotional changes in residents
• Accompany residents on outings and social activities, ensuring their safety
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding policies, health regulations, and care standards
