Job Opportunity: Care Assistant at Jubilee Lodge

Join our compassionate team at Jubilee Lodge, located in the picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water, Cotswolds. We provide high-quality dementia, nursing, intermediate, and respite care for up to 74 residents.

Position Details
  • Pay Rate: £13.22 per hour, with weekend and NVQ enhancements available
  • Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, toileting)
  • Creating a positive and respectful environment for residents
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and team members
