This home is set in an attractive residential cul-de-sac in the picturesque rural village of Adderbury, close to Banbury. Lake House offers a welcoming, warm atmosphere and is divided into four households that provide residential, respite, and early-stage dementia care.

We are looking for you to work as a care assistant, making a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Your responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We seek individuals who genuinely care for our residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilled life for them. Some days may be challenging, but you'll laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories. You'll become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care homes.

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care to join our teams, bringing diverse life experiences to the job. We provide induction training and support, along with ongoing development opportunities to help you build a career with us.
