About Lake House

Set in an attractive residential cul-de-sac in the picturesque rural village of Adderbury, close to Banbury, Lake House offers a welcoming, warm atmosphere. The home is divided into four households providing residential, respite, and early-stage dementia care.

Care Assistant Role

We are looking for caring individuals to make a real difference in our residents' lives daily. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We seek genuine care, kindness, and the ability to create a happy, fulfilling environment for residents. Some days may be challenging, but you will also laugh, have fun, and create lasting memories. Become part of our extended family, bringing dignity and exceptional care to our care homes.
