Caregivers Wanted!
Nonotuck is seeking well-balanced caregivers to share their home and life with a person with disabilities. The caregiver(s) helps the person with their daily activities, health, wellness, encourages community participation, and promotes a safe and meaningful lifestyle.
Beyond providing care, the shared living provider will develop a meaningful relationship with the person they are sharing their home with. She/he/they will be a roommate and a friend, spending time together, sharing activities, and enjoying a lively and engaged life.
We will consider applicants who live in single-family homes or apartments (with an extra bedroom) or are willing to move. We are looking for people who are single, couples, families, people with or without children and pets. No previous experience necessary.
Caregivers and their families must be found suitable through a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and National Fingerprint check.

Nonotuck Resources Associates is a state-wide community-based agency that has been providing residential services since to people with intellectual disabilities or have acquired brain injuries. We support and assist people who wish to remain living in the community and neighborhoods of their choosing, by matching them with a full-time caregiver.
