You will be visiting our clients' homes for a minimum of one hour to care for their needs. Responsibilities:

1. Getting to know your clients, understanding their needs and interests.
2. Helping with personal care like washing, toileting, and supporting them to get dressed.
3. Food preparation and supporting with medication.
4. Carrying out general tasks like housework, laundry, and shopping.
5. Supporting clients on trips to the doctors, shopping, or simply having a coffee.
