Job summary

Home Instead in Lewisham and Southwark is seeking caring individuals to join our team as CAREGivers. You will provide a range of non-medical home services to help clients stay independent in their own homes, including Personal Care Duties and companionship.

No experience or qualifications are required, and training is provided. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful, building professional relationships and spending time with clients.

Qualifications

• You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver.
• This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.
• You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
• Training and support is provided.

Job description

As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of home services to help them keep independent in their own home - this includes,

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others., Training and support is provided. Experience working in care would be a benefit.
